Dr. Williams supports the senior leadership team in strategic design and mentors the chief critical care paramedic leads to build new pathways and use the scientific method to rapidly test ideas to improve reliability. The work is predicted to produce three to four peer-reviewed papers this year. Topics include a driver diagram for ambulance service, a measurement strategy for key care pathways, an ambulance trigger tool for non-acute conditions, and an early warning score.
